As lead consultant, UrbanR have engaged an extensive and experienced team. In tackling an unusual set of technical constraints, the team have found creative commercial solutions that will enable the delivery of this flagship West End project.
Detailed research, analysis and iterative design development helped us to secure a unique planning consent capturing the original character of this historic Georgian Square, creating a new flexible building typology reenergising this strategic London site.
